By booking or participating in activities at The Vault Axe Throwing (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“participant,” “customer,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Participation Requirements
- All participants must be at least 13 years old, and must accompanied by a parent/guardian if underage.
- All participants must fill out a liability waiver prior to engaging in axe throwing activities.
- Closed-toed shoes are required for all participants. Anyone wearing sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes will not be permitted to throw.
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs, or any impairing substances while participating.
2. Safety Rules
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
- Only one person may be inside a designated throwing lane at a time, unless otherwise directed by staff.
- Axes must never be thrown until the lane is clear and staff has confirmed it is safe.
- Unsafe behavior (including horseplay, reckless throwing, or intentional damage to property) will result in removal without refund.
3. Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation email is sent by a member of The Vault staff.
- Cancellations for private events must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation to receive a refund or credit.
- No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit their booking without refund if lanes are not available.
4. Alcohol Policy
- Participants consuming alcohol must do so responsibly. Staff reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone appearing intoxicated.
- No outside alcohol is permitted unless purchased from another business within the Plaza, i.e. Springfield Beer Co.
5. Media & Photography
- By participating, you grant The Vault Axe Throwing permission to use photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes, unless you notify staff in writing prior to participation.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Vault Axe Throwing is not responsible for personal property loss, damage, or theft.
- Participation is at your own risk. By entering the premises, you acknowledge the inherent risks of axe throwing.
7. Right to Refuse Service
- The Vault Axe Throwing reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
8. Agreement
By booking, signing a waiver, or participating in activities at The Vault Axe Throwing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
